In 20+ years in real estate, we have worked on just about any type of transaction: land sales, townhomes, single-family, multi-family, rental properties, etc. In every transaction, we look for how we can serve our client in the best possible way. Whether it is communication, going the extra step by investigating deeper, site visits, or face-to-face communication, our clients benefit from our extensive experience in all areas of residential properties.

We have a property management company. We work with many builders in custom home or spec home new construction. We have already worked with many of the area builders and can give the client the edge in negotiations to get the best terms and pricing.

Whether you are an experienced investor with many years' experience, or you are a new first-time home buyer and know very little, we treat all with the same care, skill, and diligence. My wife and I work together. She is Spanish speaking and we utilize the same mindset in working with our clients.
